Huatai to Raise Up to $2.5 Billion in Shanghai IPO (Update1)
Feb. 8 (Bloomberg) — Huatai Securities Co. plans to raise as much as 17.26 billion yuan ($2.5 billion) in an initial share sale in Shanghai, where two companies that went public in the past month fell on their first trading day.
