Microsoft’s stock is no window on prosperity
Here at The Investing Channel, there is a theory that Microsoft is the General Motors of the 21st Century. As you may know, GM was built up by Alfred Sloan from around 1910 on, into the biggest and strongest business in the world. However, from around the 1960’s and thereafter, it took decades and burned through the organization and the balance sheet. It can be done no matter how rich you once were.
