We all seek the answer to the magical question: Can I truly be debt free? Living in a billion dollar debt society, you’re probably thinking, “Yeah, right!” I, too, was a skeptic . . . until I read Dynamic Diva Dollars. This book speaks to the yearning in everyone to seek financial freedom. From broke single-parent to wealthy diva herself, Bomani teaches us to challenge our mindset about spending, be honest about our financial predicament, commit to a debt free lifestyle, and finally, quickly build wealth. She even shares some of her personal financial secrets, from accumulating real estate to using a loan to family member as a tax deduction.
Not only is Dynamic Diva Dollars filled with helpful information to help you crawl out of your debt funk, the author also equips us with a galore of web tools to assist us in our wealth journey. I’m inspired . . . but I have one lingering question: what about student loan debt? Bomani discusses credit card debt; however, today’s college generation’s school debt sometimes equals that of a first home loan, a major rising crisis hardly touched by financial experts. I’m interested in reading her words of wisdom in regards to this chilling trend.
Regardless of the type of debt you’ve accumulated, being financially free should be every DIVA’s goal! With Bomani’s guide in your purse, you’ve taken the first step to becoming a wealthy Dynamic Diva. I know I have–and I’m looking forward to early retirement!

In Elon Bomani’s Dynamic Diva Dollars, readers learn how to become millionaires with the turn of each page. The guide starts with a plan to `Develop Wealth Consciousness’ which helps with understanding how to cut down or eliminate negative relationships and/or attitudes about money. Once you have learned what types of things to avoid, in order to have a healthy and profitable outlook on your financial matters, the book helps you undertake a `Diva Financial Make-Over.’ This section assists you in creating an income and expense report which leads you to the `Diva Financial Fast.’ In creating this fast, you are challenged to eliminate things in your budget that are not needs, for example monthly manicure/pedicure appointments. In Elon’s fast, she saved $40.00 a month by ridding herself of this expense.
Throughout its pages, Dynamic Diva Dollars will give you a general understanding of credit, the importance of creating additional income, savings and retirement plans, investing, and making your money work for you. Elon provides her readers with not only tips to becoming millionaires but tools she developed and other resources she used on her own trip to building wealth. This would have received a five rating had there not been an abundance of grammatical errors. I recommend Dynamic Diva Dollars to individuals looking to improve their financial well-being and have no idea where to start.

It isn’t often that I crack open business books, but DYNAMIC DIVA DOLLARS by Elon Bomani is a book I’m glad I was assigned to review. In it, she details a plan for becoming debt-free, which is easy to understand and straight to the point. She shares her own experience of how she became a millionaire. Even more inspiring is how she made it through her own struggles with money, being divorced with a young child, and how she made it work with just $36 in her checking account.
Bomani provides simple steps to change your mindset to one of success in three sections: Dynamic Diva Pre-Wealth Plan, Dynamic Diva Investments Guide, and Dynamic Diva Wealth Building Plan. Then she closes the book with various worksheets and final words of encouragement. Page by page, she offers advice on how to build your relationship with money, teaches the reader the various types of investment vehicles, and backs it all up with a plan for financial security. Even more helpful throughout the book are her “Diva Tips”, which are inspiring and informational. The tips, advice, and tools she has set up are definitely a must-have for any woman seeking financial freedom.
What I really enjoyed about DYNAMIC DIVA DOLLARS is its sister-friend tone. I felt like I was talking to a friend, even though the subject matter is an important topic that more women should be heavily invested. I know it has motivated me to become more financially savvy and involved in the arena of investments. Kudos on a job well done, Ms Bomani. My only advice would be to get the book properly edited and release a new version for those who may be turned away by the numerous editorial issues found in the book and to reconsider the price point. DYNAMIC DIVA DOLLARS is a beneficial book for anyone wanting to clean up their finances, but many may be turned away by these two aspects.
