While the info in the book is somewhat helpful, it lacks depth. For example, there are no charts or tables that explain the cash flow for a life settlement investor. The author tries to make the book useful to both people selling their policy to a life settlement firm as well as people who might want to invest in the policy. As a result, the book is a mile wide and an inch deep.
I am a novice investor and do not know a whole lot about Life Settlement prior to reading this book. Mr. Ben Chiu did a great job in explaining what Life Settlement investment is, it’s history and it’s rewards. Having reviewed this book thoroughly, I now look forward to expanding my portfolio to this lucrative investment method. I highly recommend this book.
